Test Cancellation Policy


Reserved spots are forfeited and opened to those on waitlist 30 days prior to the test if paperwork, including NAVHDA registration number, are not completed. Cancellations by the handler/owner are allowed up to 30 days prior to test and are refunded at 75%. After 30 days prior to test, refunds will be made for MEDICAL reasons only. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a verifying statement from a physician or veterinarian before the test begins. Fifty percent of the entry fee will be refunded for approved requests. In the event of the death of the handler and/or dog, 100% of the entry fee will be refunded.
